1. Acceptance of Terms & License
By downloading or using AI Can't Fix My Car (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). The App is licensed to you, not sold, for personal reference and record-keeping.
2. Nature of the Application
- Reference Tool Only: The App provides reference specifications (torque numbers, fluid capacities, fuse diagrams, and multimeter guided testing logic) compiled from cited primary sources. It is not a certified mechanic, engineering verdict, or warranty substitute.
- Verification Obligation: Before tightening critical chassis fasteners, engine bolts, or safety equipment, you must verify the specification against the physical placard on your vehicle or the manufacturer's factory service documentation.
- High-Voltage & Airbag Safety: Do not attempt maintenance on high-voltage hybrid or electric vehicle (EV) drive systems, pyrotechnic airbag modules (SRS), or pressurized fuel injection systems without professional certified training.
3. Pricing, Free Trial & Purchases
- 1-Month Free Trial: All features, vehicle specifications, and diagnostic guides are completely unlocked and free for thirty (30) days from initial application install.
- One-Time Lifetime Buyout: Following the 30-day trial period, users may purchase the Pro Lifetime unlock for a single one-time payment of $9.99 USD (plus applicable regional taxes). There are no recurring subscription fees.
- Restoration & Family Sharing: Your purchase is bound to your Apple Account and can be restored on any compatible iOS device via Settings > Restore Purchases. Family Sharing is supported.
- Refunds: All purchases and refunds are processed directly by Apple according to Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
4. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The App and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither the developer nor contributors shall be held liable for any personal injury, vehicle damage, property loss, or incidental damages resulting from repairs or diagnosis conducted in reliance upon information presented in the App.
